THE WHAT? The Estée Lauder Companies has elected Angela Wei Dong to its Board of Directors, who has also joined the company’s Audit Committee.
THE DETAILS Currently Nike’s Global Vice President and General Manager, Greater China, Dong is a Class III director for ELC, with her term expiring November 2023.
The ELC Board of Directors now has 17 directors including Dong.
THE WHY? Dong has been lauded for her industry experience and background.
