THE WHAT? Catherine Kamau Karanja, aka Kate Actress, has been announced as the new brand ambassador for Nice and Lovely Body Lotion, according to a report published by Nairobi Wire.

THE DETAILS The L’Oréal East Africa-owned brand unveiled the Kenyan actor as its latest face at an event at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi.

In her new role, Karanja will help to spread the word about the Nice and Lovely’s product range.

THE WHY? L’Oréal East Africa Managing Director, Serge Sacre told Nairobi Wire, “The best ambassador we could partner with is Kate.  Kate is authentic. She represents the modern Kenyan woman. She represents family, she is trusted, has fantastic skin, above all she is loved by Kenyans and you want to be like her. This was the best match. We are very happy to be signing this with Kate.”
